Rachel Gill

Rachel has been coaching since 2009 and started with the St. Louis Chaos in 2011. Rachel is currently the head coach of the 2010 team. She has been the head coach of or  part of the coaching staff for the 96, 99, 00, & 03 teams. Most notable team accomplishments are 18U USA/ASA Junior Olympic Cup National Champions (2018), 2nd Place Finish at the 14U USA/ASA Junior Olympic Cup National Championship (2018), 3nd Place Finish at the 16U USA/ASA Junior Olympic Cup National Championship (2016) & 4th Place Finish at the 12U USSSA National Championship (2023).

In addition to coaching for the Chaos, Rachel coached high school softball at her alma mater, Incarnate Word Academy, for 8 years. There she lead them to their first ever appearance in the Final Four in the State Tournament. Rachel also does group and private lessons for both hitting and catching.

Rachel was an All-American Catcher at DePauw University and was recently inducted into the DePauw Athletic Hall of Fame. Along with her All-American Honors, she was 2-time SCAC Conference Player of the Year, 4-time SCAC All-Conference & 4-time All Region. She was also part of the programs first World Series appearance where they finished in 5th Place. Rachel still holds the career and single season record for batting average.
